By accessing or using RaveBuddy, you agree to these Terms of Use and applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
RaveBuddy is an AI-style SoCal nightlife planning MVP. The public feed, event cards, concierge answers, event circles, DJ Manager, guestlist/VIP queue, promo drafts, pricing, and availability signals are fixture/demo content unless explicitly labeled otherwise.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for actions taken through your account. Do not share passwords or use someone else's account. JK Automations may suspend or remove access if abuse, unauthorized access, security risk, or illegal activity is suspected.
You agree not to misuse RaveBuddy, including by attempting to access other users' data, scraping aggressively, reverse engineering protected systems, bypassing account gates, submitting unlawful content, impersonating others, or using the app to harass, spam, scam, or coordinate unsafe activity.
No ticketing, hotel booking, rideshare arrangement, payment, guestlist approval, backstage/VIP access, promoter outreach, or real-world entitlement is completed or guaranteed through this MVP. Any demo ticket, guestlist, VIP, or promo workflow is fixture-backed product validation only.
Nightlife events may be age-restricted and subject to venue rules, ID requirements, local laws, transportation risks, and personal safety considerations. You are responsible for verifying eligibility, acting safely, and following all venue and legal requirements.
RaveBuddy's design, code, fixture content, product structure, and documentation are owned by JK Automations or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission. The “Powered by JK Automations” attribution must remain visible in authorized demos.
This MVP may change, break, reset, or become unavailable without notice. Features may be added, removed, or gated while the product is validated.
RaveBuddy is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. JK Automations does not warrant that event data is accurate, that recommendations are appropriate for your circumstances, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JK Automations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of RaveBuddy, reliance on fixture/demo content, event-planning decisions, account interruptions, or unavailable features.
JK Automations may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to RaveBuddy at any time if needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, product testing, or operational reasons.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
